Online-EPC-Course Terms and Conditions. Effective from 1st April 2012
Onilne-EPC-Course will provide the candidate access to a members only area where they will be able to access training material to complete a portfolio for the qualifications; Domestic Energy Assessor Level 3
Online-EPC-Course (Trainer) works closely with registered assessment centres. The trainer will provide you (candidate) with online training materials via a secure login website. This material will enable you to assess domestic properties once you have successfully completed any exam and passed the relevant qualification criteria (portfolio) through the assessment centre.
We will provide training material only. Online-EPC-Course will assist in providing you with details of assessment centres that work with the awarding body that can provide registration and portfolio assessment for you to complete the qualification. Online-EPC-Course is not responsible for the assessing or registration with the awarding body and we cannot guarantee or warrant the service they provide. The candidates are charge separately for this service and detail can be found in our terms 'Regulations and Assessment fees'. Online-EPC-Course charge for membership to a secure members area and are not liable for the assessing, registration, certification or accreditation. Assessment centres that are referred to in the members area reserve the right to change their prices and own terms and conditions at any time and have no bearing on fees paid to Online-EPC-Course.
Course Fees for access to the member area are payable to Online-EPC-Course at the time of booking. A candidate is enrolled onto the course as soon a payment is made or a purchase order is made. A verification email that you agree to the terms and conditions is electronically generated to us when you create a username and password within the member’s area. Course fees are strictly non-refundable. Course fees will be subject to a 3% booking fee.
Domestic Energy Level 3 Qualification.
The candidate is provided with membership to online training material relating to the Level 3 Domestic Energy assessment qualifications. All material is for the sole use of the paying candidate only. Under no circumstances can they replicate copy or resell the training material without the written consent of Online-EPC-Course.
Portfolio submission
Online-EPC-Course will not accept portfolio submissions. All portfolio work is to be sent to the assessment centre direct. Full address details are listed within the members and training area.
